Abstract : การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคสะเก็ดเงินที่มีอาการกำเริบรุนแรงระดับปานกลางถึงระดับรุนแรงมาก


             This research study is a quasi-experimental research (Quasi-Experimental Research) with One group pretest-posttest design. The objective was to study the results of a program to promote healthy behavior in patients with psoriasis. To reduce the severity of the disease, We studied patients with moderate and severe psoriasis who attended at Southern Regional Hospital of Tropical Dermatology-Trang Province. Data were collected from samples of 145 people and organized into a health behavior promotion program consisting of 3 steps: providing knowledge, group discussion, and following up on home visits Measure results before and after participating in the program. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics: frequency, mean, percentage, and standard deviation. Data on behavior modification results and severity of psoriasis were used for statistics: Paired – t-test.

            The results of the research found that the majority of the samples were male 55.22 percent, marital status 64.8 percent, primary education 62.6 percent, Buddhism 85.5 percent, agricultural occupation 30.3, no congenital disease 51.0 percent, Plaque type psoriasis 94.5 percent. The severity of moderate- disease was 77.2%. For promotion of health behavior in each aspect, It was found that the knowledge aspect before and after joining the program had the highest average score (before x = 3.89, after 4.11), interpreting the results as high. The health behavior and motivating factors had the lowest mean scores (before x= 3.16 and 3.22), interpreting the results as moderate; As for the perception of one’s own abilities Perception of health belief. The Patterns receiving social support after participating in the program (x = 3.71, 3.60, and 3.48) was at a high level. Compare aspects of self-efficacy There was no statistical significant difference (p=.65) regarding knowledge. Perception of health belief patterns receiving social support and health behaviors and motivating factors. Before and after joining the program There was a statistically significant difference (p=.05).
